We used natural turmeric sourced from local farmers to create the vivid Babli yellow.
Turmeric has long been known as a healing plant; used as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant with a beautifully spiced scent. Unlike regular azo dyes which contaminate the local rivers and local ecosystems, natural botanical dyes like turmeric are safe to work with and non-toxic when washed away in the processing.
