The master craftswomen of Thanapara Bangladesh, are specialists in dyeing, weaving and embroidering super soft organic cotton. At their workshop they are able to practice their craft, earn a proper wage and work flexibly around their family life.

Their work funds the local school, as well as a micro-loan programme helping female entrepreneurs, and support for domestic violence survivors.
